The service from Johnny has been excellent from the very outset. It was the first time I'd bought a vehicle remotely. Johnny sent me pictures of all round the vehicle pointing out warts and all. When I went to collect no surprises other than 1st class Customer service. After a few weeks there became an issue with a fog light. I got a response within an hour, given an option to pop in for a replacement or have one posted. I chose to pop in, I was met personally by Johnny whom immediately got the Mechanic swap it over whilst I awaited.
